"Highly Recommend"

I had a Gen 3 Tesla Wall Connector installed and it was an excellent experience with Watson's Charging Stations & Electric! I shopped around quotes and found Brian to be totally professional, courteous, and prompt with answering questions by email or phone. He arrived promptly, maintained a clean worksite in the garage, and installed the charger fairly quickly. We got to chat for some time while we waited for the city inspector to sign off on the permitted work. I'd highly recommend talking to Brian about your needs, as I plan to have him back to replace breakers and install some ceiling fans in my home.

"Great Experience"

Overall great experience. I reached out to Watson's on a Sunday (the one day they're closed) and still got a response from the owner immediately. Brian was knowledgeable and walked me through the process and permits required to install an EV charger (Tesla Wall Connector). I bought the charger myself and he was able to come out in my requested time frame to do the install and walk me through the online setup (this also included handling all the permits with the city). Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great! I found Brian on Yelp to install my Tesla Wall Connector Generation 3. From beginning to end he did a fantastic job. He knew exactly what he doing from the very beginning and the completed job was spectacular. He helped me set up my Connector in a matter of minutes. He even upgraded my electrical panel and installed a 60 amp breaker. Thank you, Brian. I Will highly recommend to anyone wanting to install a Tesla Charging Station at their home & his prices are extremely affordable and fair for the job that he does.

Brian did an excellent job of installing our charging station for my new car.  I had lots of questions, but Brian was very patient and explained everything to me.  He got the permits from the city within two weeks. The actual installation was done in a couple of hours. He had to wait for quite a while for the inspector to come. Everything was fine.  Brian is a very pleasant young man and easy to talk with.  I definitely recommend him for any kind of electrical work.

I spoke with Brian at some length by phone to make sure what I wanted to do would work. He asked for some photos, examined them, and confirmed he could do it. He showed up on time, went right to work, and in 2 hours was done and gone. Couldn't have gone better. He's also a very nice guy to deal with. To sum up: I think I have found my go-to electrician.

I was skeptical of electricians after a few bad experiences but Brian was creative, smart, efficient, and flexible, which was required for the work I needed to be done. He had great solutions to the problems I threw at him and was great at communicating what needed to occur, what was going to occur, and options for any problems that came up. He was flexible to work around my busy schedule (modifying the work being done and loudness of work based on my work at home schedule) and also work with other construction crews that were involved in the project. Lastly, his solutions and the finished end product were not the "easy way out" and I was appreciative of the thought taken with solutions where he treated my home as if it were his own. The end product turned out great and it was a breeze working with him. For any future electrical work, Brian will be the first person I call.

Honest and affordable. That is rare in Silicon Valley. Post-install, the GFCI receptacles that I provided had some issues and he came back to check if there was any wiring issue. Refused to charge me for it, even though there was no problem with the wiring. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Brian installed a new EV charging station at our home this week, including permitting, running really solid conduit/electrical lines where needed. We are located in an out-of-the-way part of the Santa Cruz mountains, and Brian was willing to go out of his way to work with us. In addition to this, he is a good person who when we were evacuated due to the CZU fires this summer actually checked to see how we were doing - which is a little thing but does mean a lot and is quite rare these days.

His work is top quality, and we are very happy with the results!
